Whew! Today has been a very busy day, packed with readings and amazing experiences! I'm finally getting around to wrapping up this blog series about the chakras, and really love the feedback I've been receiving from you guys!
Tonight, we address the 7th and final chakra known as the crown chakra. This chakra is located at the top of your head and extends upward. The Sanskrit name for the crown chakra is Sahasrara which means 'thousand-petaled.' This chakra is often associated with the colors purple, white and violet.
The crown chakra gives us access to higher consciousness as we open up to what is beyond our physical perception. This chakra helps us to align with the Universe and connect to the divine.
Physically this chakra is associated with the nervous system, and the head. If this chakra is out of balance or blocked one might experience the following: * Being disconnected to spirit, or cynicism regarding sacred matters. * Living in your head, or being disconnected from earthly matters and your body. * Obsessive attachments to spiritual matters.
On the contrary, a healthy crown chakra can be seen in these ways: * Higher consciousness * Awareness of higher consciousness and sacred matters. * Connection with the limitless or formless and spiritual realm. *Realization of limiting patterns. * Ability to naturally experience ecstasy and bliss. * Awareness
This chakra is where two worlds become one. As we dive into this chakra and connect deeper, this energy center allows us to feel the connection to all that is and achieve enlightened wisdom.
If you are feeling a need to clear or open this chakra further, here are some helpful tips: * Chanting OM ( rhymes with home) * Visualization * Inspiration * Frankincense essential oil for aromatherapy or internal use. *Carry clear quartz crystal, amethyst selenite * Affirm ' I am connected to all things.'
Well my friends, I hope this review of the chakras has been helpful to you in many ways. I hope these tips are useful to you in helping you to identify when chakra clearing is needed and ways to do so.
What are your experiences with the chakras? How did you learn about them? I want to hear your story! Have a great night! We are more than half way through the week and almost ready for the weekend! God bless!
