Good morning friends! I've finally settled back in after my first, of many trips to Hawaii. Let me tell you, I was excited, and I knew it would be pretty, but I never expected to be moved in the way that I was!
I was blessed to do so many incredible things in Oahu! From hiking barefoot through rainforests to reach rushing waterfalls, to paddle boarding, snorkeling, cliff diving, touring via helicopter, shopping at the North Shore, beaching it with sea turtles and visiting with family, my heart was more fulfilled than I ever could have imagined! We visited a Buddhist Temple on the island and experienced serenity while there too! The beauty of the tropical flowering plants against the lush towering mountains was breathtaking! The welcoming palms seemed to gently sway with the salty breeze, and the crystal blue waters were inviting us in for under sea adventure! Along with the lush beauty, the life in everything seemed to be amplified. I could feel the flowers acknowledge my presence, and hear the stories the rainforest was anxiously awaiting to share. The island of Oahu had a sacred feel about it, and the locals there were so very kind, open and carefree. Almost every evening the clouds would roll in from behind the mountain tops and offer a generous rain shower to ensure vitality to the land below, and even the rain showers were warm, tropical & refreshing! I was even blessed to meet up with a client, and do a reading on magic island lagoon! Looking back, this was perhaps one of the most magical experiences I've ever endured and I can't wait to go back. You can't help but to fall in love with Hawaii, and after my trip, that place has a piece of my heart!
