Happy Monday guys! I hope this Monday is kind to you as you make your way through the week! !

After many requests, I decided to post tonight about dreams. I've personally had a lot of experiences through my own dreams, predictions on numerous occasions, super-consciousness, and so on. My dreams have taught me a lot through the years. I've also come to learn that this is a great place for your loved ones in spirit and your angels, guides to communicate to you. Additionally, I've also done a lot of research recently and read a few books on the study of Dreams and their meanings. There is a lot of wonderful information out there through the International Association for the study of Dreams that can help you understand your dreams, the meaning of them and the possibilities through them. According to the International Association for the study of Dreams, founded in 1983 , everybody has dreams, whether you remember them or not. Additionally the association goes on to say that the more alert and aware you are in your waking state, and the more you pay attention to detail while awake, the more vivid your dreams will be.

On many different occasions I have channeled my guides to answer people's questions about their dreams and it always seems to come back to the same basic meaning. The guidance is that no matter what you dream, take the context of it and compare it to your personal life and what you're going through. Sometimes you interpret things in your dreams literally and other times it's a symbolic interpretation that makes all the difference. Sometimes we live out and experience our fears that hang out in the subconscious mind through our dreams. Other times we live out our fantasies.

Lucid dreaming is one of my favorite ways to dream. Lucid dreaming actually means "clear dreaming or being aware that you're dreaming while you're dreaming. - It's pretty wild, and a lot of fun! I've had many lucid dreams and it's incredibly amazing to explore the world through lucid dreaming. You're aware that you're dreaming so at any point you can change what you're experiencing, knowing that the things that would affect you as a human no longer affect you in the same way in this dream state. I've also suffered through many nightmarish evenings and even woke up in a terrorized state. My guides often tell me that nightmares are directly related to the stress you're experiencing in your day-to-day life. Thankfully for me those experiences are very few and far between. My gifts go on to say that when you're not streaming at all, or simply just not emending them... It's because your mind is too preocc Even furthermore I've had many reoccurring dreams. But when I finally take a moment to stop and try to learn from the dream that's when it finally stops recurring. I've also had many wonderful dreams that I was flying, one of which I was riding on Erik's back as he took me around the world. My guides tell me that dreaming about flying symbolizes the release of something that's been holding you back. These dreams are pretty amazing because you realize the simultaneity of cause and effect! You think about going higher and automatically you're flying higher! You think about changing directions and automatically you're turning, it's pretty amazing! In all the years of my mediumship, and my study of dreams and personal experience with dreams, I've come to realize that most of the time you have to interpret your dreams literally in accordance to what you're going through emotionally, mentally and physically. I've also come to realize that you can set your intentions to dream about something or even obtain answers to your questions through your dream state. This can be pretty helpful, too! there are many other things you can do to help yourself remember your dreams. here are some quick tips: * remove Electronics from your room to minimize EMFs in your sleep space. * eat dinner earlier in the evening rather than later and drink plenty of water before bed. * keep a dream journal next to your bed and jot down anything you can remember as soon as you wake up or throughout the night if you should wake up. * a clean healthy diet definitely helps.
