Happy Sunday! I hope you guys all were able to take time for yourselves this weekend and get rested up for a brand new week! A brand new week brings new, energy, new possibilities and new life, so breathe it in deep and make the most of it!
Last night I had a formal event to attend. It was lovely! It's always fun to get all dressed up, and have a night out. We enjoyed a live band, and had delicious spicy chicken with fresh steamed veggies. It was great! Today, I'm supposed to be working on my taxes, but finding every excuse not to! Ha! Oh well, gotta do it!
Today, I want to share my thoughts & guidance with you about the truth behind manifestation. This is a term we hear all too often, but for many, it seems so abstract and intangible. So, I decided to ask my guides to share and explain it a bit more in depth.

This is what they had to offer. Before we can understand the concept of manifestation, and what it actually means, we must first take a look at the simultaneity of cause and affect. This concept relates to Newton's third law, which states for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. So, in terms of attempting to manifest anything, the epiphany (awareness) within cause and effect must occur. What does this mean exactly? Well, I'll try my best to break it down. I understand it more on an energetic level, than analytical level, but here goes.
Thought goes where energy flows. So any time we think about something, we put energy to it, and we give it life. Emotions become a part of this process too, which act like energy amplifiers. Because we give thought and emotional reality to something, we create/are the cause. But in that moment, we also create the window for ourselves to experience the effect/manifestation. Because we are the cause, we'll experience the effect. it's automatic, and It's the universal law of attraction. It can't be otherwise.
We must practice our ability to be still, and be present with it though, otherwise, as soon as we think we have to chase a manifestation, we become veiled from the awareness of it, already in our reality.
That which we cause, we will be effected by.
The key is upholding mindfulness throughout the process in order to witness manifestations unfolding. Being mindful is being present, and presence is true grounding. If you can be grounded and staygrounded, you'll begin to see the signs of the effect- the manifestation. Some of them include a special number series that you see repeatedly throughout the day, or things happening in your favor that line up with what you're trying to achieve.
As you maintain mindfulness throughout the process, you'll soon have a moment of epiphany, or complete realization of the manifestation. When your consciousness collides/awakens to it.
As you develop deeper understanding of cause and effect, continue to practice mindful observation of your day to day life. In doing so, you'll stay grounded and in a place of conscious awareness of your manifestations.
Peaceful wishes and blessings to you all! XOXO XOXO
